GEMOS Balkans is a company specialized in the field of Collective Catering, based in Belgrade, established in 2015 and 100% controlled by Gemos soc. Coop. To this date it employs about 100 employees located in several structures in the Serbian territory.

Gemos soc. coop, founded in 1975 in Faenza, in Italy, is a cooperative production of prevalent mutuality work of which the member represents the primary and principal value.

It adheres to cooperation of Ravenna and employs over 1300 employees located between the headquarters and the various facilities in the area.

Gemos Balkans pays great attention to the quality of the ingredients and menus, which is also ensured by the assigned certifications, the catering offered is a synthesis of the values of the company itself: good food, genuine and balanced flavors, safety of ingredients and constant control in the purchase of quality products.

The entire production process is also validated and monitored by a Management System and entrusted to qualified personnel who guarantee the application of the most rigorous sanitary and food safety standards. This Management System will be certified by the experts in accordance with the regulations:

  • UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015: Quality management system
  • HACCP 10854: 1999 Management system for self-control (HACCP)

Gemos Balkan DOO is a company structured to satisfy various types of catering and lunch breaks such as: public and private social health facilities, public and private schools, government bodies and armed forces, canteen in public and private companies, commercial premises open to public, restaurants in shopping malls, sports campuses, mobile catering for large-scale construction sites, caternig for public and private events, home meals.

The staff of Gemos Balkans is composed of professionals in the technical design, production technicians and IT technicians who are able to examine various solutions suited to the customer's individual needs.

Gemos Balkans also offers complete solutions, namely the managing of the initial construction project, the construction of the site with the execution of interventions and later meal production.
