The menus of Gemos Balkans are composed of dishes identified taking into consideration the seasonality of the products
The menus and diet tables are composed and shared with the customer verifying individual habits and needs.
To guarantee the quality of the food offered, specific hygienic-sanitary standards are followed; in fact, cooks in kitchens and cooking centers follow the HACCP self-control plan and also attend training courses every year, also to learn how to improve the taste of the dishes offered.
