Special diets

Gemos Balkans produces meals for users who require Special Diets, for chronic diseases (diabetes, celiac disease, etc.) or carriers of food allergies and intolerances.

The predisposition of special diets for pathology takes place by the Dietitian doctor, keeping a menu as similar as possible to the basic one.

The preparation, cooking and packaging at the cooking center takes place in a dedicated room with separate preparation lines for the different types of special diets in order to eliminate the risk of contamination with particular regard to gluten-free and "serious" diets.

The service is also prepared for alternative diets that comply with ethical-religious, vegetarian and any other special features.
