5th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World

The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World - an initiative promoted by the Italian diplomatic-consular network and by the Italian Cultural Institutes, in order to underline the importance and excellence of the Italian gastronomic heritage - was held this year for the fifth time.

As part of this initiative, Gemos Balkans, in collaboration with the Honorary Vice Consulate of Italy in Subotica and the Italian Culture Center "Piazza Italia", held a webinar entitled "Mediterranean diet - knowledge and art on a plate".

Participants had the opportunity to discover the principles and values ​​of the Mediterranean diet that are daily present in the company restaurants of Gemos Balkans in Serbia, with particular reference to the Italian culinary tradition of the individual regions of Italy and the specificities of Made in Italy.

We thank the Honorary Consulate for the opportunity to have participated in this event, hoping that in the next editions we will have the opportunity to further introduce the richness of Italian cuisine.
