VII edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World
From 14 to 20 November 2022, the VII edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World was held all over the world. The main theme of this year's event was: "Conviviality, sustainability and innovation: the ingredients of Italian cuisine for people's health and the protection of the planet".
Gemos Balkans had the honor of participating in the event by providing a taste of Italian dishes in the evening organized by the Italian Culture Center "Piazza Italia" in the premises of Subotica.
The menu saw the tasting of lasagne alla Bolognese, pasta alla gricia and cantuccini di Prato with vin Santo del Convento. All this was served by the staff of Gemos Balkans with the help of students of the private culinary school in Subotica.
