Every season carries certain changes, nutrition is not an exception. How do the season changes affect our menu?

Nature itself forces us to adapt our nutrition to the season period. Although we now have all the ingredients available during the year, the use of those that match the season is the right choice.

The summer is over, the temperature is dropping, the days are shorter. This change for many is not painless, often requires a customization period in order to stabilize the body and mood. Lack of energy, fatigue, sleepy and productivity reduction are just some of the symptoms. In order to regain vitality, help comes from the table.

What are we going to change in the menu this fall?

In summer we chose food that is refreshing, such as fresh salads, fish, light dishes. Autumn is the period when our body is calming, collecting energy, asking to warm up. Our senses are awakened, we need stronger flavors and aromas.

We salute the summer supplies and use the ones that autumn brings to us. Mushrooms, pumpkin, potato, spinach, carrot, celery, beans will satisfy our senses and give us the necessary energy.

Furthermore, our immune system needs to be strengthened, so we need to bring in our diet as much vitamin C that is contained in the seasonal fruit: pomegranate, apples, pear, oranges, lemons, kiwi.
